“I was so pleased with Lucy, both during my makeup trial and on the wedding day. The trial was great and definitely worth doing because I then knew exactly what to expect from the day and it gave us the chance to play around with some different colours and amounts of makeup to get it just right. She has so many amazing products that I am confident she would be able to create any desired look. Lucy makes you feel completely at ease and is very easy to talk to, if I had wanted anything changed or was unsure about anything I would have felt completely fine to tell her so. On my wedding day she was a calming influence and fitted in with the chatter and excitement of my bridal party, it was so nice to be able to relax with a glass of bubbles and have her work her magic! I was so pleased with my makeup, she achieved exactly the radiant look I was looking for, I have very dull skin so I was amazed she was able to achieve this!. I looked like me but the best version. Even though my makeup wasn't heavy it looked great in pictures and the wedding video. I got married at 1pm, cried a lot during the speeches, and was having such a good time that I completely forgot to top up my makeup before the evening as I had planned, luckily it had lasted without me having to! "I absolutely adored having Lucy as the make up artist for my wedding. I am so fussy when it comes to make up and was worried that I might not find anyone in the area that had knowledge of current looks and great technique. I'd felt a bit disheartened looking at the make up galleries of local beauticians and thinking that I might end up at my wedding looking like I'd stepped straight out of the 1990's bride catalog. BUT, luckily, I stumbled upon Lucy's website and knew I was onto a winner, especially when I saw she worked at Space NK (where I buy EVERYTHING!). She also did such a fabulous job on my Maid of Honor and my mum who had never had her make up done before!
